SO I BOUGHT SOME D-SERIES H BEAM RODS OFF A BUDDY THEY ARENT EAGLES I GOT MY BLOCK BORED TO 75.5 BUT THE RODS ARE TO WIDE TO GO IN THE BLOCK BOTH WAYS SOMEBODY SUGGESTED SHAVING THE WIDE POINTS BUT IM AFRAID THIS WILL WEAKEN IT SINCE THAT IS WHERE THE ROD BOLTS ARE AND ITS ALREADY THIN THERE I MEASURED THE ROD AND THEY ARE A TINY BIT OVER 3 INCHES AT ITS WIDEST POINT MY BLOCK IS JUST A TINY BIT UNDER 3 INCHES I HIT THE SEARCH BUTTON LIKE A MILLON TIMES ALREADY AND FOUND NOTHING IM LOW ON FUNDS SO ID LIKE TO MAKE THESE WORK ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRIECIATED ......

no im talking about the actual rod from rod bolt to rod bolt its to widest point its just over 3 inches the cylinders are just under 3 inches

 

maybe they aren't for D-series?

Get the part number off the rods, brand, and google them. The information you posted doesn't help anyone in helping you either. If you're low on funds, save until you have the funds to do everything the right way the first time.
