whats the part between the brake light and the back bumper? how do u take it off?

whats the part between the brake light and the back bumper? how do u take it off?
whats this part right here ? and how do you take it off? i know when u open up the trunk theres a bolt right theree, well i unscrew it but it still is attach to something, how do you take it off?

theres a 10 or 12mm nut INSIDE the trunk you need to remove in order to get this out. look intowards the trunk, under where the brake light bulbs..
