brake light not working on my EG hatch

like the title states the driverside brake light doesnt go on...

the running lights work but the brakes dont.... i thought it would be the bulb so i replaced it and nothing still

can anyone help?

check fuse. and there is a button under the brake pedal area that triggers the light, check it

yeah pretty much said by this guy check fuse and the button under your brake pedal
