I have a 90 HF that i'm going to be doin a B18b1 swap into. the problem that i'm having is, i don't know what clutch to go with? I will be putting a turbo in a year later after the motor. Local guys around here said to go with a 6 puck clutch.I heard of clutchmaster,ACT...Is F1 any good also??? Any help on this matter would help. Thanks in advance

 

I wouldnt recommend that 6 puck if its going to be a daily driven car.

Yeah when you start the build, but if you install it now it will be a rough ride. But it all depends, is it a heavy duty unsprung or sprung disk?

A sprung hub 6-puck isn't too bad for a daily driver really. And I've daily driven a 3-puck with an extreme pressure plate... was pretty much like a switch, great fun to watch the guys at americas tire try to move the car into a bay... lol!

 

I seen people say good things about the sprung 6puck clutch and when shifting its not so rough. But I suggest getting a stock one
