Default CNC billet coolant adapter

Made this for a customer doing some Audi engine swaps. Adapts one style head port to another style coolant neck. Little time on the CNC, and it's a perfect stock fit with stainless fasteners and a viton O ring.

haha, no kidding.. my brother's car just started making some "funky rattling noise" and he is half way across the country so i couldnt help him. He took it to a place and they said his water pump broke.. Well, turns out on his VW jetta vr6, the serpentine belt driven water pump impeller blades are made of plastic.. I never have seen or heard of that until that point, but i went to a vw dealer to look the part over before giving my brother the go-ahead for the $1200!! fix.. and they werent lying.

Looks great. Should make the whole housing out of aluminum I replace those housings all the time at work. VW's love making everything out of very fragile plastic.

High volume injection molding > cast with some machining > full CNC part

Looks nice.

You should definitely keep posting a new thread for every little widget you make instead of putting them all in the same place.

lol yeah, one thread with all your work constantly being updated to the 1st page of the fab section is better than individual threads that die out after a week... and less clutter for us.

BTW. nice work good to see someone willing to machine single items for people .
