If you're gonna keep the GSR cams, I would stick with that low end of your power goal (550 whp).
ITR (or Skunk2 Tuner/Pro) cams and bigger turbo (Ex: T3 S366) will get you the 650. And ditch the block guard for GE sleeves. Go with a nice ramhorn or topmount (if the EF clearance issues allow it). I take it the car is for drag only? If so, replace the S2 mani with a Victor X. Otherwise, its a very nice setup, and this is just my nit-picks. ;-)

yea i want to but i wanna keep the head stock for now cuz i dnt have the $ to do build the head, can i get the Skunk2 wit a stock head and be good? and how much does it cost to sleeve the block and do u guys have web sites or # so i can get ahold of them.
http://www.laskeyracing.com/shop/sleeving.htm does good work

If you keep your head stock for the moment, keep your stock rpm so you wont stress out the valvetrain. Forget the Sk2's for now, aftermarket valve springs and retainers are a necessity when running aftermarket cams. Do both later at the same time, if you really stuck on getting Skunk cams.
ok if i sleeve it what is a good bore, i can keep the 81.50 right...and if i dnt isn't it still can i still meet my goal?
and i knw about trac ill worry about that when that comes....lol
well i am really not set on sk2's but i didnt knw if u can run any kind of cam wit stock head

if you're going to sleeve it, might as well go 82, 83, or even 84mm pistons. I'm at 81.5 with block guard, no problems.. 14psi right now.. will be pushing 18-20..
i just sold my car but i did have a stock sleeve 81.5 bore ran fine i would rev all the way to 9k with no issues although my head was built, i did not have the girdle, all i had was acl bearings, eagle rods and cp pistons and type r oil pump and as far as traction i had plenty compared to other setups @400 wheel power hard to believe but yea 1st no treaction and 2 there is tractions depending on the weather, but if cold i would not get traction at6k-and up on 2nd but 3rd was always fine, i was running the nitto nt01 with 19psi in tire pressure i only drove the car in the weekend though
