Default ALL MOTOR 1.8 liter 11 second

I made a bet with a guy at work for a $100 that a 1.8 all motor civic if built right can run in the 11's, no turbo, nos, or superchargeing. He's an old schooler v8 guy that doesnt think hondas can run even 14's.
Ive found a bunch of all motor civics running 10's and better, even smaller motor's doing this but since he knows he lost he said we agreed on 1.8 liters, so ive searched and searched for some track results that also specicfy the engine size and this seems to be hard to do!! i could use some help if anyone can point me in the right direction I'll send you 10$ through paypal. I need a 1.8 liter running 11's or better.. all motor, text off of a forum wont count for much because any one can write anything.. and official looking web page would help! PLEASE ANYONE!!

this, but put in a better driver, and you'll be in high 11's. the driver of this crx didn't even know how to stage let alone know when to leave from the tree.
