Finally wrapping up a long project find outthe turn signals don't work. You can hear the relay click. But the lights on the cluster don't come on and the bulbs don't flash. I checked all the fuses and pulled the relay and put it in my integra and it's good. When you turn on the hazards the relay clicks but the lights on the cluster ad bulbs don't flash. Also I'm not sure if this is related but the dashlights don't with. There's no backlight to them. Same with the climate control.

I purchased this car as a shell so I don't know if they worked before. Any help would be great.

 

Dash lights:
1) Check whether fuse 19 is blown.
2) Pry out the dash lights dimmer switch, unplug the connector, and then install a jumper wire to connect the red and black wires of the connectors. If the dash lights work now, then replace the switch.

Turn signals/hazards:
Test the hazard switch and do input tests (see diagrams below).
