Default Weird sounds from transmission

Just purchased a 2000 Civic LX Sedan 5SPD yesterday, and I noticed some sounds from the transmission. It is a metallic rubbing sound that only happens when in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear and ONLY when coasting in those gears. When I accelerate the sound goes away. From doing some research on the forums, sounds like to me, the input shaft bearing needs replacement, I hope I'm right. Any suggestions on what it might be, please chime in. Thanks.

I also would guess that it's the input shaft bearing. And I would go ahead and replace the clutch too while you're in there, and the rear main seal.
