Default 2000 civic no brakes!

i recently bought a car that a kid had in his garage for about 2yrs. the car was on jack stands all tore apart. no calipers on the front so all the fluid leaked out. and ran the Master cylinder dry. so i got it home. bleed the brakes till i got no more air in them at all.. ran through a lot of jugs of fluid. after i did that the pedal still hit the floor so i replaced the master cylinder and now im getting brakes but only at the very bottom of pedal. it doesnt hit the floor anymore. but it doenst have enough brake. do i need a new brake booster? the engines RPM changes a lot when im pumping the brakes to bleed them. is that a sign of a leaky booster or somthing? thanks for your help.

a dead booster usually makes for a rock hard pedal.

When you replaced the mc, did you bench bleed it first or did you just install, fill with fluid, bleed?

If you didn't bench bleed, you still have air in the mc. The other issue is if you installed a new mc, then you will have to get the special oem pushrod adjustment tool to properly adjust the booster pushrod to the mc.
