the pbr twin piston from the 89-96 corvette is another that's extremely light and has a similar bracket mount. the only thing you run into with these is the possible need for a 2pc rotor and a hat that sets the offset correctly for your car. since the vette brakes are all PBR/BAER you can probably get the correct rotor from baer and if you really need to a custom top hat. i think, and i mean think that baer makes a brake kit for the teg & if they do the rotors could be bought while you fab up mounts for the vette calipers. also, the non grand sport cars have plain calipers. only the GS and later c5 body have corvette written on the caliper.
Assuming your talking about the 4 piston aluminum ones, Yes i did. I ended up selling them cause they required machine work to properly fit them. Also, they don't take a banjo bolt directly to the caliper. So you have to use rear drum brake lines to connect them to the vehicle.
There are a couple shops here in Japan that make FC3S/FD3S RX-7 and Nissan 4 pot caliper kits for Hondas. I'll try to find some pics tomorrow but I do believe they are redrilling the RX-7 caliper mounts and adding spacers. The Nissan calipers' mount ears are shaved a custom bracket is utilized to mount the calipers. I have the SS Works R32 Skyline caliper/S2000 300mm rotor kit on my DC2. It requires a +25 to +35 wheel (TE37, CE28, Buddy Club P1, CP-035, etc..) for clearance of you are using a 15" wheel.
Trending Topics
SS Works wheel compatibility:
TE37 15x7 +35
TE37 15x7 +43 (need to add a 5mm spacer for caliper clearance)
SSR Type C 15x7 +30
SSR Type C 15x7 +35 (need to add a 5mm spacer for caliper clearance)
Buddy Club P1 15x7 +38
Regamaster 15x7 +35
A few of the Japanese guys run 7.5" rims with +25~+35 offsets (CE28, CP-035, ADVAN RG, etc...)
Oh yeah, I'd go with the Wilwoods if I were you!
been in touch with brian from fastbrakes and it seems none of his kits will fit the jdm itr wheels....unless i´d run the regular willwood kit which hasnt had that great reviews.
I´ve been following a topic regarding the rx7 caliper conversion on the european itr site but there hasnt been much progress so far lol

well i can get 4 pot aluminum calipers off of 80's RX7's for like $40 a pair at my local pick-a-part. That's why they seem so appealing to some people.
