b18a in 88 crx. car was running fine. swapped dizzy with a newer one. car starts up fine. i was messing with the e-brake lines under the car to adjust them. next day, start car up, and car won't start. i assumed gas was low so i filled it up with 5 gallons. started again and no start. battery became low so i jump started it. getting spark and fuel, as when i pop the 12mm bolt on top of the fuel filter, gas comes out and also from the return line. i am stumped. i didn't do anything weird. even tried changing coil and igniter from another dizzy. what could be the problem? at work, maybe ecu got fried or something? but how can that be?

no codes, but i do have to disconnect battery evertime i walk away from car because tail lights are stuck on. but i did have a jumper battery hooked up for about 15 minutes and no codes came on.
