no you do not need a camber kit. Just get a good alignment and you will be set.
However, I DO NOT suggest putting coilover sleeves on stock shocks. Your stock shock absorbers will blow out in no time and the car will be dangerous to drive until you replace them with something better. I would suggest tokico illuminas if you can afford them.

no if you put rear lcas in it wont change anything
but i wouldnt get an alingment intill you put the lcas in and let the car settle for a week.

ok sounds good, but also if im broke for the summer because of my motor build, but i have new civic si 2000 struts ,are they stronger and better to use ? will they fit ?
also will integra stock struts fit and if so are they better for lowering ?

Toe is key. A little bit of negative camber is only going to take a few miles off the life of the tires, making a camber kit not worth buying. Having a bad toe setting is what destroys tires. Get an alignment and toe set to 0 and you'll be fine.
2000 Civic Si struts will not fit. The bracket at the bottom of the shock is too wide. The front will "fit" but there's something different about the brake line mounts.
94-01 Integra shocks/struts will fit.
However, neither of these is going to be good for lowering.
If you're too broke to buy shocks then you need to just leave the car at stock height.

wrong: 2000 Si struts are the same as all others. It's only the forks and front lower control arms that are different from all the other civics. I have a 98 civic dx with 2000 si forks and lca's and front anti-sway bar.
but to answer the OP's questions, stock struts are stock struts. You'll blow them if you go too low.
To the poster who said you should "wait a week for the suspension to settle", that's false too. What you should do is tighten all the suspension nuts/bolts down, then lower the car from the jack/stands, then torque the nuts and bolts, especially with anti-sway bars, tie bars, and new lower control arms. Pre-loading before you torque the bolts are more important.
wrong: the OP has an EG, not an EK. 92-95 struts/shocks are different from 96-00 struts/shocks. Like I said, the struts will "fit", but the brake line brackets are different or not even there, I don't remember which. The shocks have narrower forks at the bottom and to use them on a 92-95 Civic you have to file down the LCA bushing or use a 96-00 LCA bushing. For the record, when I say struts, that is the fronts I am talking about, and when I say shocks that is the rear.
psh, you can get away with way more than that.
I know a guy who used to have a 92-95 coupe slammed with -3º camber and no camber kit. Got an alignment and had the toe set to zero. He had very, very minimal uneven tire wear.
