Default problem with cams

ok...a little background, on my 93 civic si i have the b18c1, wich dynoed at 160 with some bolt ons, i added an underdrive pulley and crower 63402 cams and dynoed again at 157. i was told i would probably need cam gears to make use of the new cams so i got those and dynoed again at 145, this with intake at +3and exhaust at +4,these settings were recomended, any suggestions? or anyone wanna buy some cams?heh oh yeah, the air fuel ratio looks pretty good on the wideband readout. a little rich in the middle but nothing bad.
and another thing, ran a 14.9 today with a crappy 60'(2.4) and 55 shot

You gottta find cam gear settings that work for your motor, Id play with the timing some more. Who informed you on those settings?

i dont know too much about the crower cams but do you have the cams that were made for turbo? i know crowers make cams specificly for turbo applications(correct me if im wrong). if you plan on going ALL MOTOR i recomend getting some skunks.... stage 1's dont require upgraded valvetrain
hope this helps......

are you just running baseline dyno runs? or is someone actually tuning your car?

the mechanic should be able to figure out the ideal setting. also, usually its intake advance and exhaust retarded, not both advanced.
