i have problem i put the coilovers on (ebay i know i know). but i set the coils all the way down and it still is like a inch above the tire. i put my hand on the coilover when the car was on the ground and i can more it up and down a lot(2in to 1 1/2in....why?

do i need to take out that black metal thing that is in the middle of the spring that is on the rod?
