They should as long as they are 4x100mm. But why wud u want 13s?

 

found a good lookin set of wheel, thats y. are u guys 100% sure it will fit?

are u sure. i know its 4x100. i just thought the stock civic EX wheel base was made to fit only 14s and up.

 

The wheel base on all bases is the same. Sedan, Coupe, and Hatch. All are 103.2"

 

how come HONDA VX rims didnt fit on my awhile back? did i just need spacers?

 

Measure the center diameter of the wheel hub, and the rim to make sure the rim will clear. that might of been your problem. Personally i wouldnt go smaller than 14s on your ex. The ex has a slighty higher weight and the weight ratings on a 13 are lower. Im sure if they make the rim in a 13 they also make it in larger sizes.

dont get 13s. im pretty sure hes asking if they will fit as in clear the rotors/drums..im not thinking they will. Just like 14" HX wheels wont fit on my 99 00 Si because of clearance issues with the brakes. Go with 14-16s

 

The rear fit, the front don't clear the front brakes.
