Hi im trying to make my usdm gsr swap legal by getting it barred but i know i cant run obd1 i would need obd2 but i am not exactly sure what components i would have to get and would i need a new ecu. what else might i need my motor is basically stock all im running right now is intake and headers

From what I know, your gonna need a USDM motor same year as the car or newer so no JDM motors will work, complete evaporative system with all the purges, catalytic converter, and if you have intake and exhaust its gonna need to be carb approve to pass.
