How do i get to it. do i have totake the seat out and everything

no, it is under the dash on the passenger side, pull back the carpet and you should see it...

If its a V6 then you can get to it from taking out the center dash and CD player, though if its a 4 cylinder you have to pull out the carpet on the pasangers side of the center console and it helps if you take out the pannel below the glove compartment.
