Default MSD Digital 6 Plus and JRSC

I'm currently working on a trade deal and an MSD Digital 6 could be a part of it for about $150. Now I used to run a 6btm with my old turbo setup and didnt really notice much of a difference, plus I contribute my distributor failure in part to the ignition. Now will I see much of a difference using the Digital 6 and a JRSC?

I have used both digital 6 and the btm. I am still curently using the digital 6 on my turbo car. I think it always nice to use some type of msd with any forced induction app. it provides better spark plus the digital 6 has rev control, a 2 step for lauching, and step retard option on it. But i have also seen setups with out any type of ignition upgrade and they still make 400whp 500whp. as far as the btm i think it sucked as well. i used it many years ago when i didn't have many option to control timing under boost but we now have many different options to choose from. but anyways hope this info helps a lil.

I dont think I would ever use a Msd on a honda. Seriously why? When the stock igintion system can handle 500+? U cant even make that with a JRSC..

Cool, thanks alot guys. i think I'm just going to stick with the stock ignition. At least that way I've got the reliability on my side.
