Default Rear Main Leaking....help

I've got a b16a in my EF. ive swapped it from one car to another. It worked fine in the other car, no leaks. I changed the Rear main seal while the engine was on a stand, just because i could. Now, when i put the engine into a car, it is pissing out oil like crazy from the rear main. So i changed the rear main again, and still a bad leak. Any thoughts on what could cause this? I'm thinking there is too much pressure in the crankcase. But i dont know where to start, because the pcv system is so simple, and everything appears to be fine. I also installed a skunk 2 intake manifold while the engine was on a stand.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Did you scrap the area around the rear main? Can you explain to me your removal and installation process? The way you did it.

i made my own seal removal tool a while ago. The block is clean as well. No scrapes on it. I replaced it both times with genuine Honda rear mains. It wasnt leaking before in my other car. so i am thinking that maybe there is an issue with the intake manifold. Its a brand new skunk2 intake mani, and it cuts out a few vacuum lines. so maybe not enough vacuum, or too much? There are no vacuum leaks, i checked it all over. so i was wondering if anyone that has this manifold had to do anything special for it to run good with the first gen b16a. ive got my car all ready for the track, and the only thing holding me back is this damn leak! and im stumped
any help would be amazing! thanks!

How do you know its coming from the rear main? Sorry for the dumb question, but just want to verify the source of the problem first.

not a dumb question. i put an oil dye in and checked it out. i also have a leak from the oil pan. but the majority is coming from the rear main. im just kind of stumped, because before i did the rear main it wasnt leaking. i just did it because the engine was out, and the tranny was off. so i figured might as well be safe. but that came back and bit me in the ***. so im just wondering if anyone has any idea, if maybe there is a common problem with the skunk2 manifold, or if there is more to the pcv system than what i can see.
