Default wiring issue clock and and cd player no constant power

cd player was working but slidin in and out of the holder about a half inch so i pulled the cd player out to fix it. after fixing it the cd player wasnt working so i pulled it back out and sure enough the constanst power wire some how pulled out of the back of the cd player. i plugged it back in but nothin worked so i checked to see if it had power with a test light. nothin, then i check fuses and all was good. so i started the car and the clock had reset but it was dim, i turned the head lights on and it looked off but it was just really dim. i when to the store and the clock resets evertime the car is turned off.
