Icon3 Serious wheel cleaning problems

hey guys, i have a big problem i need help with. not too long ago my rear passenger caliper seized causing my brake pad to run to nothingness. i was forced to drive on it back from a meet which caused this metal dust (not normal brake dust) to spread all over that end of the car. the wheel, QP, and side of the rear bumper have this metal dust on it and im having trouble getting it off.

my wheels are powdercoated white 96 spec ITR wheels and i really need to get this dust off the wheels without ruining the powdercoat. normal soap and water, wheel acid, and degreaser slowly take the stuff off but its taking forever. is there an easier way? has anyone had this problem before?
