Default what is breakin period for exedy clutch

long story short. I installed a exedy stage 1 clutch in my ef gsr almost 4yr ago.

I think i only have like 100 miles on it (garage queen)...

I'm about to turbo her and wanted to know how many city-miles needed to properly break in the clutch/disk?

200...500 miles?

I know that for "puck" style clutches do not need to be broken in, but full disk clutches do or it could affect the lifespan of the disk.
