intake manifold
when changing the intake manifold do i have to have a special tool to take out the injectors or do they just kinda pop out?

They should pop out. The fuel rail being mounted is what holds them down.

ya thats kinda what i figured do i have to take any lines off for this or should be a bolt off bolt on typ thing?

take off the fuel rail and then pull the injectors off, no bolts for them. a rubber o-ring holds them into the fuel rail....
