Just wondering if anybody has passed emissions with a JDM d15b vtec, and if so what all did you do? I have a 90 civic 4 door and the ecu is chipped, runs great and has great gas mileage. What makes this motor so dirty? Should I change my ecu for something else? oh yea and its been converted to obd1.
