Default thinking about some new shocks

so as the title says,i am looking for some new shocks and needs some ideas.
i daily drive the car about 50 miles a day to work and 50 miles back,so i dont want bone jarring stiff.(my last car was an s13 coupe with ksport coilovers, they were nice for being so cheap) but i have been doing my homework and i have been thinking agx/pro kit combo, alot of 240 guys run this and it seems to work well for them.
i just want some suggestions to broaden the field.

like i said i want stiffer than stock but not too stiff and i do like the adjustability of the agx's
i dont need full coilovers yet, they will come later and some sway bars are going in as well. but i want to throw in some decent shocks and springs for the time being,im not looking to slam the car just give it a little more of an aggressive stance but i want it to handle well.
can you honda gurus help me out alittle.
thanks to all.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>...A.J.

Tokico Illuminas are another great choice for a little cheaper than the konis.

budget and desired look should be asked

shocks are easy

springs are another thing. you need to figure out what rates you want to run. the tein h tech is a great DD spring just a tad stiffer than oem type r. the sportlines are also good. the pro kit is not something i would ever tell anyone to buy. rears are waaaaaay too soft.

dollar for dollar the koni non adjustables are only 270-300 shipped. coupled with a nice spring and you're around 450ish for everything. coilovers like the skunk pro-s are only 600 but a good deal stiffer. it all depends on what you want.

well that makes me feel alittle better,i was budgeting about $600 for them.
how stiff are the skunk2 coilovers, like i said i had ksports on my s13 and they were not too stiff.
so how do they feel on the car,i have yet to find too stiff(haha.....stiff.)
are the skunk2's worth it,i dont see why not because what is $200 more than a shock spring combo.
more input please and thanks for all the replies.>>>>>>>>>>>>..A.J.
