does anyone know of any San Diego and/or Southern California car shops,speed shops,performance shops (dont know what they are called) where i can get get a turbo installed, dyno'd etc.

Go to Pann, it's in Clairemont. Ask for BJ and tell him Ceej sent you. There are other shops here and there but that's probably the easiest one to get to.

I second Pann, they are great.

 

My 3 favorite shops are Pann Auto, Sport Car Motion, and JDMunlimited
