Default crank or pulley?

hey honda techs ive been having problems with my crank pulley. i have already replaced it once and now its loose again. It's stripping the splines on the pulley. do you think my alt belt is too tight, causing stress on the pulley. Or could my crank its self be worn. im going tomorrow to grab a new pulley once again.

What year? This type of problem is usually caused by improper reassembly of the crank gear and pulley or improper torquing of the crank pulley bolt.
