Default How to remove paint from mouldings?

Got some paint on my window mouldings.

Whats a good method to remove it?

i know i have the same question but i wanna remove primer off my side moldings, front bumper and rear bumper moldings and side skirts on my crx

Acetone and a rag.. Have fun rubbing the paint off your moldings, it will take a while.

Damn that sucks. Is that the only way? I wanna remove primer off all the side modings and side skirts. Should i just buy new ones or can mine be saved.

They can be saved, but expect to put some time into it. I had to do this to some of my moldings because of the dumbass that painted my car didn't mask **** off but the actual glass, and painted the perfectly clean moldings.

oh alright damn that sucks. i bought a crx yesterday and its completely primerd all the side moldings and the parts of the bumpers that suppost to be black moldings. well imma get started on this hahahaha dammit! What kind or aceton did u use?

Paint thinner is acetone, it's just labeled and packed differently.

You can also use automotive paint reducer, 60%.

Just paint them with trim black or something. I used Duplicolor OEM trim paint and it came out just like stock
