I bought a 93 Del Sol about a month ago, and I've had a annoying problem ever since. Every time I stick the key in and turn it, my clock is reset to 1:00, and my stereo (Aftermarket) comes on, but does not hold all of the adjustments. I turn it off, wait a few minutes, turn the key and it all does it again. I am not very proficient with the electrical portion of the car, and any help I can get will be greatly appreciated

 

The 7.5A BACKUP fuse in the under-hood fuse box is probably blown.

 

i just went thru this with my car and found the wire that supplies constant voltage to my clock and radio was broke behind the instrument cluster

 

That took care of the problem !!! I appreciate the help, cause I was thinking worse case scenario, which didn't happen !
