I need help on how to swap my b16 heads. Can't find my usual mechanic and I need to get this done. I searched and looked over 14 pages of threads and didn't find anything that helps. I need to know what tools and how to- torque specs and whether I need to replace my arp head studs and bolts. Will I need to replace hg, manifold gaskets and such. Any point in the right direction would be a great help. Already searched and googled, and got nothing.
Somehow I don't think that the helm's is going to mention anything about arp studs. Sounds like your best bet is find another mechanic.

I was afraid of that. It's hard to find someone you trust that really knows what they are doing.

You can re-use arp studs if that's what you have. Stock headbolts need to be replaced.
Everything else should be covered in detail in the helms unless you have ls/vtec or something.
