I'm willing to try and find an older model as long as it's of good quality. Preferably Alpine ... Or another company (good quality).

I have a 1997 Accord, and the Double DIN thing is becoming difficult to "work with". Having trouble making a DIN sized head-unit, and a ½ DIN Crossover fit in the dash, AND make it look good.

So if I "bag" the ½ DIN Crossover, and get a full DIN EQ / Crossover, I'll be killing two birds with one stone.

 

eclipse makes a killer 1/2 din eq. actually 2 of them.

I use the Alpine ERA-G320 in my car.. its a full DIN sized EQ/DSP display in your DIN sized space w/ the unit separate (whereever you want to mount)...

Eclipse also has some stuff I think..
