What do you think of these spark plugs?
too much fuel son, all the black is carbon monoxide with is cause from a non clean burn, you need more spark or need to back off the fuel by lowering the pressure with a afp regulator or new chip in ecu
Ill be the head has bent valves. this is how my plugs looked when 12 valves were bent and didn't wanna start. never know till you put the motor in and try in start it. may just be stock spark plugs from the 90's.

if the car hasnt been running in a month, then i would assume someone was cranking the car for quite sometime.
was it hard to start that first time you tried cranking the car?
did you install anything like battery or jump it to get it started? if so... then how many times did you try cranking it?
i bet your oil smells liek gas a littel bit and is more runnier then oil....check your oil.
basically what i am getting at is someone might have been cranking the car and flooded the motor

thats what im thinkin, he bought a single cam to replace his motor(siezed) and we pulled the plugs to replace em and i saw this. The motor hasnt been put in a car or anything yet, its just sittin there waitin ... thought i would ask but ill get back to ya when the motor is in ...
ok so i pulled the intake manifold off to replace it, and a lot of fuel fell out, what would be the best way to empty it out? also we pulled the headers off and cylinder 4 seemed a bit oily, maybe bad rings?
Looks like the motor is running rich. Also, those electrodes on the spark plug don't look too good. You have to replace them anyway but you might be having other problems with this motor besides spark plugs.
more then likely the motor was flooded pretty bad. long time cranking it would result in fuel in the manifold. if the vehicle was to start up, the fuel inside the manifold wouldnt be a problem anymore.
new plugs..oil change, then start a diag. of why the car doesnt start.

well shes running good and strong, it has a small tick to it, thinkin it might need valve adjustment first ... but i still wanna do comp check just cause, and leak down... no sputterin, it was smokin white a lil at first but the exhaust was full of oil from the last swap(blown motor)
