Smaller OEM ones:
- 13mm 99-00 Civic Si
- 14mm Integra GSR
I had the 13mm myself and noticed a difference in handling. It wasn't anything extreme but still noticed better handling.

Bigger OEM:
- 22mm CTR
- 23mm ITR (this is what I have now, well it's in the mail and it's not on my car yet)

There are also loads of aftermarket support. ASR (They even make a 30+mm), Blox, Cusco, etc. IMHO, it depends what you want / your goals for your car.

Also remember if you go for anything bigger than the 13/14 ones, you'll need a subframe reinforcement brace to strengthen the weak civic stock subframe. You can go with ASR or Beaks (go with ASR IMHO, but people also swear by Beaks).

And if you aren't already lowered or have performance springs / shocks, or coilovers, I would get those first.

There are some part(s) interchangeable w/ EG and EF, but not all. I remember back in the days, we were swapping the front strut bar and rear lower bar from an EG to my friend's EF and they both fit. So, I don't know about the anti-sway bars, if I were you, I'll give it a test fit. If you got some $$$$ to burn, maybe buy some aftermarket ones that would fit perfect on your car. Here's my EG when I removed the oem GS-R sway bar to the aftermarket ones.

I don't know too much about suspension but I just put a blox sway bar on my dc2 and yea I felt a difference stiffness wise with the blox sway bar compare to the stock gsr sway bar

Going from no rear sway bar to an ASR 24mm sway bar with the ASR brace, I felt a HUGE difference in taking corners. ASR all the way!

i just installed the asr subframe brace on my em1 and left the swaybar off untill my new bushings come in...and i notice that the rear is just as stiff, if not stiffer with the rear brace w/out the swaybar.

What do you mean by "stiff"? An ASR brace by itself, which acts basically as a tie bar, does nothing whatsoever to affect ride quality or change suspension stiffness. Even a sway bar does nothing to affect ride quality, except when cornering or when driving over uneven roads.

what i meant was the rear seems almost the same right now as it did with the swaybar in the corners. it has the same firm, planted feel. some understeer of course but not as much as there should be.
