you can not always go by that ,the locals where my college was used to go out side with a tee shift in 30 degree weather and say it was a lil cold

 

there is still a 1/2 dozen or so ITR's left up here in anchorage.. all but 1 are in pretty good hands but dont frequent H-T

temps are right around 60-65 getting into the 70's occassionaly at the moment.. we are having a abnormal spring with the warm weather.
