Confused about ACL D series main and rod bearings

Hi..
I´m building a D16Z5 engine for my buddy and I´ve got a few issues with the ACL rod and mai bearings. Please take a look at the attached pics:
here you can see the main bearing already installed in the girdle. Why is there a groove for the tang on both sides. The bearing itself has only one tang.

This is one of the rod caps (stock rods) There´s a oil hole in the bearing but the rod cap doesn´t have a oil hole so what is this good for?

same issue with the main journal in the block

The discription on the acl packages says theese bearings are for aso for D16Z engines so I assume I have the correct bearing.
I already plastigaged the bearings and ALL the mains are at aprox. .0019". It´s a bit to loose in my opinion. What do you thing?
