In that write-up, it's for putting DC or del sol seats in a DA, so I guess the process should be able to be reversed somehow. You would probably just have to mess with combos of both the DA and DC rails/sliders to make it work. I've never heard of anyone doing it though.

I just put DC seats in my DA and like it a lot better, so yeah I don't know if I'd go the opposite way.

well first off i have GSR leather seats... which i do not like at all... yes they look nice but on hot days (with no A/C) they suck, they are HOT, they stick to you, make your back swet... so they're are not the most comfortable thing... now second i have tried looking for 94-97 cloth seats... found a few but they seem always have those ugly designs on them! black seats with like a blue and grey ugly design... they look horrible. but my friend had some DA seats that are black suede with white inside (butt and back) i was just gonna try it and see what looks like.

why would anyone do this? what did seanbev24 say? "I've never heard of anyone doing it though." thats why someone should do it!!!! i couldn't find anyone that has it done so how would we now what it looks like? how would we know if it would be good or not? if no one else has done it, i will for sure be the only around here that has it then.

I like DA seats better than DC seats...so I say go for it, I think it'll look cool. Plus, to each his own, so why ask why do it?

you can just use the DC bracket and weld them on or make new bolting screw hole for the DA seats

Coming from a person that's had both cars just recently I think the only thing better about da seats over dc seats is the adjustable lumber support for the driver seat. But that is only found in the gs seats.

I like DA seats too, but mine were beat. They're getting tough to find in good shape and I got these DC ones in a straight trade for a catalytic converter that I wasn't gonna use anyway.

I don't know if mine were just worn down but the new ones feel like they have a little bit more side support, plus I like the fact that they sit a little lower in my car.

To the OP, if you personally like the DA seats better and have a good set available to you, I see no reason not to give it a shot.

i might have some available to me... they are in good condition maybe could use some cleaning... but he has them in an EG, so i believe EG and DC are interchangable...

i also like how they sit lower... with the GSR leather my head hits the roof sometimes

It's strange how they would sit lower in your car, since the DC seats actually sit lower in my DA. I dunno, maybe it's how I set up the rails.

If your friend has them in his EG they will go in your DC with no issues. Just make sure he did it right and doesn't only have like 3 bolts holding them in, as a lot of people seem to do on seat swaps.

Dont do it TRUST ME. I had DA seats in my bubble. worst thing ever they lean foward alot you have basically hold your self in the seat. I had preluds seats in there also those were so comfortable.

I just figured i'd say it before somebody got on here and tried to chew you out about it...people make really big deals about these kinds of things so anytime I can suggest otherwise, I do...personally, I don't mind. lol
