Default last minute questions

ok so i'm finishing putting my car back 2gether and i have a few questions

1.when i put my traction bars on how do u guys adjust them do u pull the wheels foward or push them back or just put tension on them to hold them straight??? i never reallly set my traction bars up last year so i was curious how everyonew else does it

2. i put a new head gasket on my car and i only torqued it down to the ARP specs wich was 85FT lbs i think now the car will be running 35+psi should i tourque the head studs down to a higher spec or will the reccomended spec be ok??

1) pull it forward
2)leave it alone, 85lbs is fine.
