Car pulls to right after changing tires

Greetings all!
Back in December, I cleaned up a set of '91 Accord LX Steelies and put a nice set of all-seasons on for the western PA winter. The car has driven like a dream for the past 5,775 miles. Last night, after cleaning up the car's original '92 Accord EX Alloys, I swapped the tires and wheels back. Instantly, the car was pulling to the right, pretty significantly. I have to keep the wheel turned left to about 11 o'clock to keep the car going straight.
Now, since this is the first time I've done winter/summer wheels, I didn't think about marking which tire came off which wheel, and it's obvious by tread wear that the previous owner had never rotated the wheels and tires (and thus, I never took the initiative before now). When I put the wheels back on, I put the two with the most tread up front and the two with less tread on the back. I'm not sure where each tire came from or went to.
Regardless, it wasn't pulling in either direction with the steelies on 24 hours ago. I also have an odd thumping sound from the rear of the car around 22-24 MPH.
Any thoughts, methods of diagnosis, suggestions or otherwise?

Cross-rotate the front tires, side to side. The pull might go away or.. You could have radial pull, (bad tire) if the car pulls in the other direction after you cross-rotate

95LXCD5:
The tires on the alloys (with pull) aren't new, but they aren't to the wear bars.
The tires on the steels (no pull) have just under 6k miles on them since brand new.
92civlude:
I'll try to do this before I leave in the morning...
A ALCHAAR:
yes, but I'll double check tomorrow, just to be sure
FTW Accord94:
Bent wheel is a possibility I supposed, as for the alignment, it doesn't pull with the tires I just took off and they all look normal wear-wise.
I'll post back tomorrow after cross rotating the fronts and double-checking pressures.

Whoops...forgot to post back!
2 months and 2 days later:
After swapping the front tires Left to Right and vice versa, voila! No more pull...
Now that I'm putting 3000 miles a month on this car...It won't be long until I reach the wear bars and need to replace. Or just throw the like new all seasons and steelies back on!
