I found a B16 I'm going to drop in my Civic, and need to know what the cheapest ECU/Tranny that will work with it!!

Where can I get just the computer and transmission?

 

any b series tranny will work.

Locally for both if your best bet.

 

not true, if your car is 92+, you need a hydro tranny so it all bolts up easy. if you get a cable tranny you need an adapter plate and some other parts. since its a b16 the best trans because of the gearing is the hydro b16 trans but the cheapest would be a integra ls tranny (b18b)

what year car do you have and what trim level. You will need mounts/shift linkage/tranny/axles/ecu/possibly wiring harness
