91 integra axle keeps popping out?
maybe your axle is not fully seated inside the tranny. that little ring on the splines of the axle that goes in the tranny has to be seated fuly to stay in. i had this happen to me in my older civic and i had it pop out on me twice.
man, i wish the axle on my car came out, but not as easily as yours.
I ended up bending the tip of my prybar, and in the end i gave up and put everything back together. WHICH Sucks.
but yeah, probably is that clip.

this is actually my car but i posted through a friends. i went to autozone and the 90-93 axles are all the same. i put the axle in really good and i hit it in tobut it keeps poping it out after i drive it. i could brive the car like 100 yards thn i pop my hood and you can see that the axle is almost out but if i cut the boot then i could drive it for about a mile. i just fully swapped out my engine and i put brand new aftermarket mounts and the axle didnt come off after driving it for like 3 days then it pop off on the freeway and know it wont stay in. could it be the mounts? i dont got any suspension its stock with cut springs can it be the suspension? and i tried to make that ring bigger to and that doesnt work. the axle that im using is for a 90-93 integra this is like the 4th brand new axle and they all come off. any suggestions?

I assume you made 2 threads on this, under different names, since both threads had you saying "this is actually my car i posted through a friends". Both threads on the same subject, so I merged them into a single thread.
i have a 95 teg and the same thing is happening to me!!!!! the axle keeps popping off, and now i'm on my second axle and this one started popping off today!! i got the axles from autozone. at the end of the axle it was grinded down:the part that enters tranny after so many times popping out.
I know it's been mentioned, but just out of curiosity.. Are you sure the little c-clip is on the end of the axle? When installing the axle i always try to make sure the clip is facing downwards.
i checked the clip, and i measured it up with the old shaft and they were the same. the guy at Autozone said it could be worn out motor mounts that causes the engine to have a lot of play and causes the axle to swivel out, but i don't know how true that is because my old oem shaft did not do that. i might just have to shell out some dough so some mechanic can take a look at it.

what you want to do is to take the c-ring(cir clip) and open it up a little then take the the clamp off the inner housing(the part that goes into the tranny) add some air into the boot , use a little screw driver pull the inner housing out a little then remove the screw driver and reclamp or zip tie to check, when there isnt enough air it will suck together under heat or rpms the c-ring should be around .90 thick if its to skinny it will never work

Wrong mounts? If you're using the wrong mounts the engine may be located incorrectly, which could cause the axles to bind up and pop out.
Get the correct mounts on there before doing anything else.

Its the autozone axles... there junk... just go to oreillys and get you the axle you need... if that doesnt work then its your differential thats focked up... good luck....
this happened to me alot of times, I went through 5 differentials. Not sure what happened but something in them gave out. My transmission was a j1 b16 trans and would start spitting them out after a mile or so, at first I thought axles, but after 4 different axles new, or used, it still did the same. After I changed the tranny, I opened up the j1 and pieces were broken, but only from the differential, then I replaced with a type r LSD diff, I was able to use without any axles spitting out.
