Looking for a Performance Clutch for my Integra any Suggestions?
I have a 94 Integra LS-V Swap GSR tranny b16 Port and polished head GSR cams with B16 pistons. looking for a clutch and wondering of any suggestions. My car is Daily Driver and wood like a clutch that pulls good and lasts. Thanks In Advance
X2...why wouldn't the stock clutch be sufficient?...it's not like you're pushing serious power...
Replace it with an Exedy clutch and a new oem flywheel or a brand of your choice. With your setup, get a stage 1 clutch. Exedy is the way to go

A friend of mine has a 96 EX, B18b1 swap with a GSR Tranny, Exedy Stg1 clutch kit and an 8lb flywheel. This setup works well for him! Hope this helps.
The Exedy stage 1 organic would be sufficient for your needs. If you want a little bit more of a "sporty" feel without losing daily drivability, you could get the Exedy 2 cerametallic. I drove that clutch for 2 years and didnt mind. It also held 215wtq on several track passes with slicks...its a good clutch
Yeah I also suggest the Exedy Stage 1 clutch, + OEM Type R Flywheel (14lbs). or you can go for a lighter flywheel like fidanza or exedy.
F-1 stg 1 or 2 will be just as good as the exedy and twice as cheap! trust me search for threads here on the f-1 clutch the company F-1 makes real quality clutch kits dont think there cheap cause there sold on ebay F-1 is a clutch co.
Exedy stage 1 clutch. It feels like stock but holds a little more power. I had it with an Exedy 9lbs flywheel and it drove great.
Exedy stage 1 clutch with like a 9lb flywheel. Would feel great. Eexedy stage 1's are my favorite unless you're boosted, theyre not to firm and not to stockish feeling, its just right. And they grab nice. Compared to a stock clutch its gonna throw change all in your car when you shift.
i personally wouldn't use a 9lb flywheel for daily use. i'd go no lighter than 12 lbs. but, as far as clutches go, there are lots of people on here that use those xtd's and other ebay off brand's with no issues at all. i'm not sure what for clutch i have, but its harder than hell to drive. feels like an unsprung stage 3 or something, idk. but, yeah if your not drag racing your car, you don't want something thats not driveable.
Im all for the Competition Clutch...I have the Stage 4, which is a 6 puck, sprung, with a regular pressure plate. The pedal is slightly stiffer than stock, grabs lower, and when it grabs you go.
A lot of my friends use ACT with upgraded pressure plates, but i dont see a reason for all of that when the car will be used everyday. Granted, it gives you more a one on one feel with the car, but for the street, an upgraded pressure plate is not always good.
The Exedy STage 1 is mostly like a stock OEM replacement...it is more harsh than the 6 pucks, in the fact that it is only a 3 puck. The engagement is harsh compared to any of the 6 puck models.
ALso look into a lightened flywheel, but not too much. I suggest doing an ITR (14lbs) or even a Comp (12lbs)...Anything less than that IMO, would be too much for a daily driver.

^ are you sure? my friends rsx with exedy stage 1 engages as smooth as oem clutch. My friends gsr with a action 6 puck clutch has a huge jolt when engaging in first. I will never run a 6 puck because of that for a DD
