replace you slave cylinder no big deal its the part that pushes on the clutch fork when u step on the clutch.. replace it fill the clutch fluid resevoir and bleed the system and u will good to go
You may not even need to replace, Your piston might have just slipped out. Check and see if the metal piston is still there, otherwise yea, replace the slave cylinder.
The slave cylinder has a little metal piston that is surrounded by a rubber boot. If the piston comes out of the cylinder, the fluid can leak past it and run all over the place. The piston may have just slid out and nothings wrong. OR the seal may be bad on the slave cylinder and you need to replace. Either way, neither takes alot of time, or money.

yeah it sounds like your slave cylinder. There's no fluid where your tranny and motor meet, it's completely dry there. If you're seeing fluid there, it's leaking from your slave cylinder.
Also, your clutch symptoms totally indicate lack of clutch fluid... which would be caused by your slave cylinder.

make sure you isolate where the leak's coming from to make sure. don't wanna buy parts and still have a problem. same thing happened to me last month turned out to be the hard line to the slave cylinder had fluid going past the fitting.
