Might not be pushing the clutch all the way in when your shifting hard.

Re Bleed your Clutch Master/Slave Cylinder. Check for leaks on the inside too.

The clutch will wear in from my personel experience.

Good Luck!!

X2 on the bleeding the clutch. If theres any air in the lines, it will not fully disengage the clutch, and it will feel like if u only stepped on the clutch half way of sorts. Take your time bleeding, wear out a few legs worth of pumping the clutch before you give up and test drive it . Good luck!

I'd suggest lookin into your clutch system. And old slave cylinder might be having a hard time moving that heavy clutch.

If you bought an XTD stage 4 clutch, they are garbage. Sounds like your not disenaging properly if everything else is checking out to be fine.
