umm Hondata came out with the ECU for the S2k already. I run one, Hondata K-pro.

www.hondata.com go take a look.

and an H22 is a FWD motor, the S2k is a RWD car. To get it in there wouldn't be that big of a deal, but to find a tranny and diff that spins the opposite way would be difficult.

2JZ s2000's are simple, the front crossbeam is cut out and a 2jz is put in. only 2 steps to doing a 2jz swap. "1) Install the 2JZ motor, 2) wire it up"

Both swaps are a waste of money and you could have much more power out of the stock S2000 motor for much cheaper. Why would you ever think of putting in your S2000?

Im ready...

why would you remove one of the nicest designed engines out there? if you want more power, blow it.

If you want to get an s2000 just to put another motor in it why are you even buying an s2000? Either turbo or s/c the s2k or buy something else. It'd be a hell of a lot cheaper

Seriously? H22 in a S2K? One of the finest Honda RWD car and throwing a crappy H22 onto it?
That's like Downgrading your B18C5 to a D16Y7.
You mine as well spend all that money converting your S2K into FWD and finding a tranny to make it 5speed again. Just invest it and find a way to put a C32B into that S2K.

I've seen it done and they're fast but like everyone else has been saying it would be probably best to turbo it. Just make sure you change the rear-diff

Isn't it just a flashed rsx ecu though?

OP, i think the H22 is one of the last motors that i would ever consider. I know you prob havn't done much research so i won't flame you

For the most part you purchase an S2000 for the balance, precision, and power of the stock motor. The motor itself is pretty tuned from the factory which is why you can't find that many N/A parts for it that actually give you horsepower.

If you want a drag car, put the 2jz motor in and have fun, but don't try to corner like you once did with the F20 / F22 in there because you're going to spin out and crash... unless you run ridiculously wide tires in the rear.

Why does every one make a big deal about the stock diff being weak? Ive been boosted for over a year and no problems.

The 2jz hardly weighs more then the F20/f22. The S2000 also weighs 150ish pounds more in the rear.
