Anyone running tubes in their slicks??
dont think anyone is using them really. they are only used so your tire doesn't loos pressure. but they will hold for one run then refill to proper level.
i always figured they will hurt FWD cars like most of ours due to such low pressure.

Been running them for years never had an issue with them and I run them at a 6 psi. Has not hurt them. Just make sure you put a lot of baby powered on them before installing them so they don't stick.

i originally when i started was tubeless, got a pin hole so tubed the slicks. worked well thought was pretty stable.
when i got my new 25" m and h's tubed them also. felt pretty good.
i have since switched to 24.5 mickeys and took out the tubes to see. and honestly i cant really tell the difference except the wheels are lighter.
the slicks do air down faster while sitting in the garage, but i put steelies on it while it is on the garage.

yes everyone. tubes are only to keep pressure from leaking ou the tires that is it. if u have a blow out the tube will go as well.
