I'm in the process of rebuilding my a6, and need to order new rod and main bearings... how do i find out which color to order?

 

Your engine should have a series of letters scribed on the transmission side - that's for the mains. For rod bearings you look at the crankshaft. But start with getting a manual - it will tell you everything.
