If this doesn't work, go to the dealership. If they charge you, go to another one.

OH SNAP! NO RADIO!

The service department you purchased the vehicle at SHOULD have the radio code in their system. Just call them up with ur VIN and ask for it. Takes 10 seconds.

Try to be a little more open-minded before you blindly insult someone.
And right now you're probably thinking to yourself....."well gee....you just made a smart-*** type comment in this thread right after my post." Yes I did....but it was a sarcastic comment.....not an insult.
And right below it.....**gasp** a helpful little sentence about contacting the service department.
turn the radio off
hold presets 1&6 and turn the radio on
there should now be some #s, write those down and call your dealership and tell them you need the radio code and that you have the serial # which u just wrote down
they should be able to look it up over the phone, if they say they want u to go in then hang up
hold presets 1&6 and turn the radio on

mines had the code in my owners manual. But what ever you do. Do not let the battery Die out. Immobilizer will reset and your car will Start but shut right off.
The code is not inside of the glove box. i had the same issue but when u open the glove box the code should be on the outer side (left) enter the code and your good to go. most all the hondas had that as a back up if u lost the card. should look like this below
so just for the record i bought the car used and it did not come with the owners manual or the anti theft code card. it was also not posted in or on the glove compartment or in the fuse box (another place i was told to look). but ekb16 was exactly right:
.
thats what i did and 5 min later had it working!

If you bought the car used from the dealership and its a Honda Certified Used Car the vehicle should at least come with the PDI booklet, which the technician is required to fill out. That is another place that it will be in. If you got the serial (by key on, then holding 1 and 6, and press on) and you call them, they will have to verify that you are the real owner, thats why they may want you to go over to the dealership. Whats the point of an anti-theft code anyway, if you call in and easily expect them to hand over the code? its like after stealing a car and asking them to make and program a key for you.
