Default used clutch

i jusy bought a clutch that was used for about 3000 miles. Is it going to have an problems working in my car or will it be fine??? i heard it won't like getting used to a new flywheel. what if i get mine machined? Also i was wondering if it would be an ok idea to lighten my stock flywheel to say 14 lbs??? this is all on a b16 with s1 tranny btw.

-the used clutch isnt ideal but it should work fine given the previous owner didn't abuse it too much
-14 lbs should be fine if the machine shop knows what they are doing, get it balanced afterwards and rough up the mating surface with some sandpaper to help the clutch bed better
