So i just got a 94 civic and I have a question about the ignition wiring around the lock cylinder. It was a repo and the dudes who did it, hot wired the car to start it. So they cut the main wire on the cylinder, which I will have to solder. But there are two wires hanging down from the right side of the steering column. it looks like they should go to they cylinder on the key side, but I am not sure where they go. Both wires have black wrap around them and look like they connect to each other. Does anyone have any ideas where these go?

 

anyone? I would like to get it running this wkend. If anyone has a pic of under the steering column I could tell where the wires go.
